Pecan trees of various varieties are planted throughout our farm. This means a variety of beautiful pecans are available every year. Pecans harvest in the late fall-early winter months and when shelled store for at least a year in the freezer. Making them available year round. As you can see from this beautiful bowl of pecans ours pecans are not guaranteed to be half's but are large pieces, easy to use. Recipes follow of some of our favorite uses. Recipes will be updated periodically as we receive your favorites and try new ones ourselves.
