Adams Farms is very particular about our corn meal. The variety of corn is choosen to give us the best quality meal. The corn is picked on the cob and the ears to be milled are hand selected for their quality and shelled just before going to the grist mill, by doing this the vitamin and mineral content of the corn meal is maintained at the highest levels. Once milled the meal is held in the freezer to maintain freshness. Once again you will find no preservatives or colorings. Once you taste this meal you will not be happy with any other!
